By signing this document Buyer acknowledges and understands that deposits made to Garridachs (breeder/seller)
are non-refundable. Deposit payments may only be transferred to a different litter if the fee paid is being placed on a pick
puppy (puppy to yet be chosen by Buyer), deposits on a specific puppy are non-transferable. If buyer decides they no
longer wish to follow through with the purchase of the puppy the deposit has been placed on, no refund or transfer will
be given. If we, the breeder/seller, decide to cancel the sale that a deposit has been placed on, the deposit will be refunded.
Buyer agrees that if at any time they are not able to care for puppy/adult, they will return the puppy/adult to breeder
(at buyer's expense) and not relinquish the puppy/adult to any shelter/humane society/pound and buyer will not resell the
puppy/adult to any other party. Breeder/seller reserves the right to cancel/void contracts at any time and reserves the
right to refuse any sale. Any legal/court fees resulting from a breach of contract (including the breeder/sellers legal fees)
are to be paid by the buyer. Buyer acknowledges that puppy will be ready for possession of Buyer at 10 weeks old.
Buyer acknowledges that if buying an adult or older puppy on a neuter/spay contract they will be ready for pick up once
they have recovered from surgery enough for travel. Buyer agrees to contact Seller to make arrangements for a delay in pickup,
if needed; for arrangements to pick the puppy/adult up at a date later than 10 weeks or recovery date (at least one week).
Buyer acknowledges seller will work with Buyer on a pick up date but Buyer will need to give a notice at the very least 2
weeks before pick up date. Should Buyer need to schedule a later pick up date, Buyer understands and agrees that Buyer
will be responsible for any and all shots or other medical/vet costs the puppy/adult will require while still in Sellers care.
This contract consists of one (1) page, and is legal and binding in the county of Dunklin; state of Missouri. Buyer understands
that by signing this contract the buyer agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions stated herein. Any disputes will be
settled in the court of Dunklin County, Missouri.

NOTE: Buyer agrees to add our kennel name, "Garridachs" in
the puppy's name when being registered.
1: The breeder guarantees this puppy or adult is a purebred Dachshund.
The breeder guarantees, to the best of breeders knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of purchase.
Buyer has examined the puppy and agrees the puppy appears to be in good health. The breeder also guarantees
the puppy has had age appropriate vaccinations and de-worming appropriate to the puppies age. All
of our puppies and adults will be vet checked.
2: It is recommended that the buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, (at
buyer's expense) within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
IF THE PUPPY IS NOT EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER TAKING POSSESION
OF THE PUPPY, THIS GUARANTEE WILL BE VOID.
If at the time of examination, the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a life threatening
genetic defect, the puppy may be returned to the breeder (at buyers expense), with a written
report from the veterinarian and all paper work given to you at the time of purchase. Breeder
will replace the puppy with a puppy of the same price value. Buyer understands that there may be
a wait for another puppy of the same price value to become available as we do not have litters available all the time.
This guarantee does NOT cover cosmetic defects (any known cosmetic
defects will be made known to the buyer prior to any payment accepted). This genetic guarantee
does NOT cover Cryptorchidism unless the puppy is being purchased
with breeding rights. Only life threatening, genetic defects qualify for a replacement puppy.
Any puppy found to not be receiving proper care or being neglected by Buyer at any time must be
returned to the breeder at the buyer's expense.
(NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR GENETIC DEFECTS HOWEVER WE WILL
PROVIDE A NEW PUPPY OF THE SAME PRICE WHEN AVAILABLE.
IF THE REPLACEMENT PUPPY CHOSEN BY THE BUYER HAS A GREATER
COST, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE DIFFERENCE.
BUYER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY SHIPPING ON REPLACEMENT PUPPY.)

3: If the puppy becomes sick and dies within 72 hours of being in the buyer’s possession, buyer
must have a necropsy preformed to prove cause of death was not due to neglect or other cause on
the buyer’s part in order to receive a replacement puppy of equal price value when one becomes
available. Buyer must submit to Seller / Breeder all repots / documents concerning the necropsy.
Breeder reserves the right to have Sellers / Breeders own vet confirm any findings in said
report.
4: Breeder will not guarantee against common problems such as hypoglycemia, internal or external
parasites, coccidia, and diarrhea due to stress from shipping, new home, or improper diet. Buyer
will assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and appearance of the above
described puppy, upon possession. It is the buyers' responsibility to protect the puppy from
dangerous or infections situations until the puppy has completed its series of vaccinations.
5: Sellers / Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, temperament, color or alopecia in dilutes.
Buyer understands that all puppies exhibit certain undesirable behaviors such as, nipping,
chewing, barking, marking, etc. Buyer is encouraged to train puppy to correct each behavior.
6: Under NO circumstances is the Seller /Breeder to be held responsible for any medical services
after the buyer receives the puppy.
7: If a puppy is sold as a pet/companion only, papers will not be provided until after
spay/neuter has been received (if puppy is being sold with limited registration). If you do not
provide proof of spay/neuter by the time the puppy is 12 months, buyer will not receive
registration papers and will be required to surrender said puppy back to the seller/breeder (at
buyers' expense). Buyer agrees that a puppy bought as a pet only companion will not be bred at
ANY time, accidentally or intentionally or buyer will be required to surrender the puppy back to
the seller/breeder for breach of contract (at buyers' expense ).
8: If at ANY time in the life of the dog, buyer is unable to keep the dog, the Seller / Breeder
must be notified and the dog MUST be returned to the breeder no matter what age the puppy/dog is.
(No money will be refunded for doing this and no replacement will be given.) Buyer agrees that
they will not relinquish the dog to animal shelter, pound, Humane Society or resell the puppy to
another party under any circumstances, ever.
9: Buyer agrees that they will NOT give this puppy/dog the Leptospirosis vaccine. Dachshunds are
prone to reactions to this vaccine. If you choose to give this vaccine against our advice, it
will void this guarantee.
10: If the puppy is being sold with full registration, buyer agrees to add our kennel name, "Garridachs", in the puppy's name when being registered.
Buyer also agrees that if the puppy purchased will be used for breeding purposes, said puppy
will only be bred to other AKC dog/bitch.
11: Buyer understands that the seller/breeder reserves the right to cancel/void this contract at
any time. Only if the seller/breeder cancels the contract will a refund be given for payments
made. If the buyer chooses to cancel this contract, the buyer forfeits any payments made to the
seller/breeder. Seller/breeder reserves the right to refuse sale at any time.
12: Any puppy found to not be receiving proper care or being neglected at any time must be
returned to the breeder at the buyers' expense. This contract is for the benefit of both parties
involved and to safeguard the health and well-being of the puppy/dog being purchased. This
contract is legal and binding in the county of New Madrid, state of Missouri. Buyer understands that
by signing this contract the buyer agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions state herein. Any
disputes will be settled in the court of Nee Madrid County, Missouri. If buyer breaches contract and
the seller taker the buyer to court as a result, the buyer is responsible for paying ALL court
costs resulting from the breach of contract.

Buyer agrees that the puppy/adult being purchased is being sold as a pet only and
understands that no breeding rights are being given. Buyer agrees to provide proof of spay/neuter from Buyers licensed vet to
seller/breeder by the time the puppy is 12 months of age (or for adults within 2 month of buyer taking possession of the dog) and
understands that proof of spay/neuter must be received by the Seller/breeder before any registration papers will be given to the
Buyer (if limited registration papers are coming with the puppy/adult). Buyer agrees that this puppy/adult is not to be bred at any
time, under any circumstances, either accidentally or intentionally. If said puppy/adult is bred, either intentionally or
unintentionally, the buyer must surrender said puppy/adult back to the seller/breeder (at the buyers’ expense) as well as penalty
fees described in sales agreement for breach of contract.
Buyer agrees to provide proof of spay/neuter to the seller/breeder within a
week after the procedure is done. If no spay/neuter procedure is done on the puppy/adult being purchased within the required time (by
12 months of age for a puppy or within 2 months of taking possession of an adult, the buyer will be responsible for returning the
puppy/adult to the breeder for breach of contract (at the expense of the buyer).
The buyer understands and agrees that if there is
any breach in this contract the buyer will be subject to legal actions. Additionally, if buyer does not spay/neuter pet as agreed and
provide documentation to breeder/seller by the required age stated in the contract or if the buyer intentionally or unintentionally
breeds the puppy/dog being purchased, a $500 penalty fee plus $200 per each puppy born must be paid to breeder/seller by the buyer.
This contract consists of one (1) page and is legal and binding, in the County of Dunklin, State of Missouri. Any disputes will be
handled in Dunklin County, Missouri.
